Aloha Friends of Star Light!!

How is your world moving along? As always I would love to hear from you...As the world changes, I find myself learning to move to a deeper part of my core self to, maintain my center. Also making adjustments that are imperative for my growth. While I continue to accept these changes more with  a manner of grace. it becomes very beneficial to my well-being. How is your well-being?

Well...this month I will be writing about ways that the gemstones can nourish our body, mind and soul in a wholesome way. This inspiration arrived by way of a dream I just had. In my dream, people were coming into our shop and buying food and eating it in Star Light.  When I awoke, the message that I got is that people were being nourished by Star Light and  our Gemstones, this perspective helped me to connect with Gemstones on a more physical level. It also showed me how to assist you and others in receiving more nourishment in your connection to your gemstones. I found this dream quite insightful because I had  not made the  connection to,  nourishment and comfort being given by Gemstones in the same  way that food comforts and nourishes, our soul, body and mind.....Interesting....I always love how our guides in the world of spirit help us in understanding more of what we need to be aware of.

Here are some questions for you to ask yourself.......Am I  craving nourishment and comfort in stability, calmness, loving myself, creating protection and boundaries.......developing my  intuition more........ staying grounded to maintain balanced......allowing in my communications with those at work and home to be more of finding solutions, than criticisms.....Discovering what my higher destiny is.........Finding new opportunities that have a positive effect.........Standing on my own two feet and being self-sufficient....Trusting in prosperity.....Knowing when days feel full of despair that there is hope and guidance to be found.......Connecting to natures rhythms and growth.........Achieving stability to survive and thrive.......Calming my nervous system so that irritability may dissipate......... Opening my heart to warmth, friendship and companionship.........Staying in life's flow and harmony.........Managing the challenges that come my  way........listening with awareness to guidance and wisdom's...........Keeping my chi and energy flowing............ understanding past lives as a method to transform unwanted behaviors..........releasing fears and feeling more trust..........clearing the mind of all the "monkey chatter............." being more solid in making decisions....eliminating unnecessary worries.......bringing the pieces together of my life..........embracing change to move me forward..........accepting that healing my body inspires me to know more about myself.........knowing when to relax and take a mini vacation...........or a long vacation.........finding balance........searching for truth and wisdom...........Has one or more of these ways to nourish your self "spoke to you"?
